Finance Analyst (FP&A)

We are looking for a Finance Analyst who wants more than just month-end. This role sits at the heart of the business, reporting directly to the CFO, and offers the chance to shape strategy, guide investment decisions, and grow your career in a high-performing environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparing budgets, forecasts and financial models to support key decisions
  • Delivering analysis and reporting that highlights performance and opportunities
  • Partnering with senior leaders to provide meaningful insights
  • Contributing to M&A, investment planning and risk assessments
  • Supporting and mentoring junior finance team members

What we are looking for

  • Degree in accounting or finance with CA or CPA qualification (or in progress)
  • At least two years of experience in industry, professional services is a bonus
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI with a willingness to further develop financial modelling expertise
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to make financial information relevant to non-financial stakeholders
  • Process improvement mindset
  • System implementation experience
