Are you an experienced Planning Analyst ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of business planning at Bis Industries. This role can be based either in our North Sydney or Newcastle (Tomago) office.

As a **Strategic Planning Analyst**, you will develop, manage, and maintain essential planning tools to support business decision-making. Your focus will include:

- Designing and managing capacity models, master plans, input templates, and prioritisation tools.
- Leading capital forecast modelling and scenario analysis.
- Supporting business case development and presenting detailed planning performance reports.
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining data quality in the CMMS system.

**What You’ll Bring**:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and modelling expertise, with a focus on asset management and lifecycle costing.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of Power BI and JDE (preferred).
- Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
- Formal qualifications in Asset Management, Engineering, or Business (desirable).
