**The Role**

The primary purpose of this role is to provide planning and performance insights to support Evie Networks to achieve its ambitious goals.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Governance and Transformation, your role will include:

- Provide insights into key business performance indicators, as well as deployment programs and business unit initiative performance.
- Develop and maintain regular business reporting, including executive reporting and tracking of deployment programs, BU initiatives and key performance indicators.
- Work with business units to develop long-term business plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain analytical and forecasting models to support scenario planning and business planning.
- Own the Evie project management and business database - Site Tracker.

The analyst will work closely with team members across all of Evie Networks to influence business outcomes. The scope of the role will evolve as the business grows and matures - so will require a flexible and outcomes-driven individual who is naturally curious.

**The Person**

You’re goal orientated, have a sense of urgency and your nature is to challenge the status quo. Electric cars in Australia is still largely uncharted territory which means your passion to make a difference, desire to use your initiative and continuous focus on excellence will ensure your success in this new role.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Degree or higher-level qualification in Engineering, Science or Business disciplines.
- Excellent problem solving, business intuition and verbal / written communication skills
- Strong numerical skills, with an understanding of data analysis methods and statistics.
- Flexible thinker - ability to see the bigger picture, but also focus on the important details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, without having formal authority
- Management consulting experience (Desirable)
- Proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools e.g. Microsoft BI, Google Data Studio (Desirable)
- Coding skills including Python, JavaScript and SQL (Desirable)
- Experience in basic project management principles
- Proven advanced project modelling skills, including Excel
