- Build and optimise the firm's bid function in APAC
- Manage major bids for strategic clients and targets
- Report to an energetic BD Director with impressive global experience
- Utilise firm's international bid and content platforms
- Represent the APAC region on global bids
There is a new highly experienced, driven, energetic BD Director at this international law firm. Optimising bid management across the APAC region is one of their top priorities and this newly created regional Bid Manager role is significant to the business. It has been created to enhance the firm's capability, best practice and win rate. Major bids are currently managed by highly capable BD Managers and the firm has invested in bid infrastructure and content management systems over the last few years, so there is plenty to inherit. You will develop optimal processes and systems for the APAC region, work with the BD Director to educate partners and BD colleagues in best practice pitching, be the voice of APAC for global bids and processes and help the firm increase market share in specific sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone to effect real change and help a successful firm do things even better in the APAC region.
- Law firm experience is ideal but not essential
- Demonstrable experience helping enhance a pitch function
- Proven skills in bids and tenders project management
- Excited about influencing and educating stakeholders
- Experience spans a range of pitch types
