**The role**:
In this position you will find yourself responsible for overseeing and coordinating the bidding and tender process for large opportunities the Business Development Team is working on nationally. You will also build and maintain the Brennan RFP bid library for use by all Account Managers and BDM’s.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and coordinate the entire bid management process for “enterprise” opportunities
- Assisting in developing compelling content ensuring tender proposals are of high quality and align to client objectives and strategic imperatives
- Develop customer use cases as part of the documentation library
- Monitor and track bid performance metrics, conduct win/loss reviews and analyse win/loss data identifying trends and improvement areas
- Conduct post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to also identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future bids
- Continuously refine and improve bid processes and templates
**What skills and experience you bring**:
- Minimum 5 years bid management experience managing large, complex whole of business IT and Telecommunications proposals
- Consultative experience and approach with a strong ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Demonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite level
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex bid processes
- Exceptional negotiation, organisational, and time management skills
