Functions and Admin Coordinator

**ABOUT THE ROLE AND DUTIES**
We are looking for a friendly individual, who is organized, has an eye for detail, with excellent communication skills, and is available for an immediate start.
- The role is full-time Tuesday - Saturday.
- Assisting the Functions Manager in working with clients and all required key stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience from the initial inquiry through to seeking post-event feedback;
- Liaising with customers for group bookings, functions, and general reservations.
- Providing accurate quotes to clients.
- Develop detailed run sheets for all events, liaising with the front-of-house team as required.
- Handling payments for bookings and functions including follow-up administration duties as required.
- On-site function/event coordination.
- Business invoicing entry using Dext and Xero.
- Day-to-day general administration duties.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Have a sound understanding of hospitality functions and events.
- Knowledge of Function Tracker, Now Book It, Xero and Dext or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
- Have a strong level of computer literacy.
- Friendly and professional phone etiquette.
- Has the ability to work well under pressure and always maintain professionalism and composure with the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues.
- Self-motivated and hardworking.
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
