**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train bar staff, cultivate a positive and efficient work environment.
- Create and update cocktail menus, keeping offerings fresh and exciting.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination for functions and bookings.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Coordinate functions and resolve any issues swiftly to guarantee everything runs like clockwork.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and public area's.
- Ensure compliance with relevant authorities and health and safety regulations.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with some weeks requiring up to 45 hours.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in bar management or supervision is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage service.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent verbal communication to engage with guests and colleagues effectively.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
