Join Us - Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the studio's architecture and interior design projects, daily financial operations and quality management system. This role acts as a central point between project teams and leadership—helping to balance creative delivery with operational and financial efficiency.

Primary Role:

As our new Project Coordinator, you'll be the link between business operations and project delivery.

  • Projects: Provide ongoing support to project leaders, including ensuring our project teams have the tools they need to meet project milestones.
  • Financials: Manage daily financial operations including project budgets, accounts payable/receivable and oversight of vendor portals.
  • Administration: Enable WHS compliance, support internal studio meetings, and general admin assisted by our Studio Administrator.
  • Quality Management: Support the implementation and maintenance of the QA manual and process.

Key Personal Attributes / Skills &Experience:

  • Keen interest in architecture and design
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, negotiate and manage relationships.
  • Problem solver.
  • Strong leadership and communicator with a commitment to contributing to our team culture.
  • Minimum +5 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in the management of both organisational and project finances and team resourcing
  • Able to manage multiple and/or complex tasks
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position
  • Experience with architecture-specific project management tools required
