**About the role**

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Business Unit Coordinator to join the Corporate Affairs team within our Customer & Community Group. Reporting to the Head of the Business Unit, you’ll enjoy a collaborative working environment where you’ll be able to confidently provide high level executive support to the Head of, Lead Team and wider business unit.

This role has unique vast exposure and opportunity to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, the Office of the CEO, Senior Management and the Minister’s Office.

**Key skills and experience**
- Substantial support and administration experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an uncompromised customer service focus
- Dedication and passion for organisation and administration
- Forward thinking and versatile, with the ability to use your initiative
- Have the ability to juggle a number of tasks and prioritise where appropriate
- Sound knowledge of the procedures and protocols for Board, Executive and other Committee Meeting Papers
- Advance skills in the full MS Office
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- An active team player

**What the role will involve**
- Proactively providing administration support to the Head of Corporate Affairs, including but not limited to, inbox and diary management, organisation of correspondence, action tracking and coordination of ministerial related activities and meetings.
- Coordinating and performing administration support across the Business Unit, including lead team support, meeting coordination and business unit activities.
- Leading and developing the administration function of the Business Unit and ensuring knowledge sharing of Corporate and Group requirements is communicated accordingly.
- Coordination of Executive and Board papers on behalf of the Business Unit, including updating data, coordinating responses and reviewing.
- Assisting to plan and coordinate Senior Management events and communications
- Working closely with the Ministerial Liaison Unit to assist with the coordination of Ministerial requests and approvals.
- Providing administration support to the incident communications teams.
- Championing a cohesive and collaborative team culture and experience within the business unit.
