- **The Role**_
- HR Administrative support including preparation and distribution of employee contracts, variation letters and other employee documentation.
- End to end recruitment activity and support with employee on-boarding processes.
- Data entry of new employees into HRIS and on-going maintenance of records for payroll purposes.
- Monitor and respond to HR enquiries from employees.
- Assistance with development of and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with matters pertaining to employee performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Administration of employee exit surveys.
- Support employee immigration matters and monitor visa compliance of staff.
- Assist with company wide communications in relation to HR matters.
- **What kind of person will succeed in this role?**_
- A capable individual from a HR generalist or recruitment background. Ideally with 2-3 years’ practical experience in a multi-site, multi-state setting within a service based business.
- Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Strong grasp of HR best practice with ability to interpret Australian employment legislation and modern awards.
- Technologically savvy with ability to confidently use MS Office Suite and HRIS.
- Excellent written communication, and ability to express oneself verbally with professionalism.
- Independent worker, solutions focussed and committed to continuous improvement.
- Discreet and professional individual, with ability to maintain confidentiality, privacy and compliance.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a clear Police Check.
