HR Coordinator

Framestore is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide HR support to the Melbourne studio.

This is a hybrid role, based in Melbourne.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitating onboarding, including conducting induction and orientation sessions, and ensuring the completion of all necessary documentation
- Managing off-boarding procedures, capturing exit interview data and overseeing termination paperwork
- Assisting with creating employment offers, extensions & promotions using the appropriate HR templates
- Work with the HR Manager to ensure that all immigration documentation is up to date and organized; maintaining supporting documentation so that it can be easily referenced
- Administer Social Equity (D&I) locally and liaise with London on local communication
- Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries about basic HR processes and benefits
- Scheduling and managing follow-up meetings regarding various HR needs
- utilize this to ensure we are communicating with managers and employees promptly
- Ensure HR systems (MyStore & HR Reports) are updated and maintained with the latest employee information and conduct monthly audit checks
- Undertake HR project work as required
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement
- Provide updates (in conjunction with the EA) on studio updates for Framestore Weekly Newsletter
- Actively participate in other training and HR initiative projects
- Assist Facilities in Studio Wide Events (Christmas, D&I, etc)
**Experience**
- At least two years of experience in HR Administration/Coordination or a related field.
- A friendly, approachable and professional interpersonal style.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Tools particularly Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple deadlines while striving to achieve specific targets and objectives.
- A willingness to learn and develop your career as an HR professional.
