**The Company**

This is a great stepping-stone opportunity for an experienced but ambitious Collections & Trust Officer, to join a large, growing and reputable professional services firm. This will initially be a temporary 3-month contract that could offer opportunity for permanency.

**The Role**:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Strong focus on collections and finance support - billing and invoicing
- Day to day management of trust account operations
- Credit card management and vendor registration setup
- Management of Trust Accounts; receipting and payments
- Bank / Trust Account reconciliations
- Annual trust account audits and statutory returns

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in an AR/Collections role - **essential**:

- Excellent communicator, confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working within a large, fast paced and complex business (professional services or legal highly preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
