Leading national company are seeking Collections/Customer Service officers to manage collections for their business clients. The role is based in the office in West End working with a great team.

The roster available is 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Contract position with potential permanent placement.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

- Negotiating payments of outstanding debts and arranging full payment or suitable payment plans in a respectful manner.
- Updating customer information and maintain quality notes.
- Adhere to Privacy Act, ACCC and Legislative requirements
- Adhere to internal policy and system processes

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

- A team player with a positive mindset
- Previous Collections/Customer Service is preferred.
- Professional telephone manner with outstanding communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Available for an ASAP start
