**Our client is **a Government office based are currently seeking an **Administration Assistant** with a strong data entry and a reliable person for immediate start based in **Melbourne, St Kilda Road (VIC). **You must be fluent in both English and Italian.

**Your daily duties will consist of**:

- To cover back office
- To provide administrative support to the admin coordinator
- To assist with filing and general document management

**To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following**:

- Have excellent verbal communication skills in both **English and Italian**:

- Have previous experience in administration
- Have experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have high attention to details as you will be dealing sensitive information
- Able to commence as soon as possible
