**The Firm**:
Our client is a boutique firm with a beautiful office based in Essendon. They have a very supportive team culture and are looking for someone that would add to that. They continue to grow at a steady rate and are now looking for a Part time Administration & Assistant.

**The Opportunity**:
In this role you will work with a fabulous team that have a strong team focus and are very supportive.

**Some of your duties will include**:
- Administration of incoming ATO client correspondence via ATOmate software.
- Assist in maintaining various client databases in APS, Tax Agents Portal, ASIC.
- Back up and assist with New Client, Exit Client and client work-in processes.
- Back up and assist with debt collection services through Fee Synergy.
- Back up and assist with Reception and front of house services.
- Back up and assist with scanning and filing into the document management system.
- Will be trained in all administration functions to provide back-up support for other administration team members when they are on leave or away.
- Other duties as required.

**About you**:

- Accounting industry experience - processes, terminology, software etc.
- Professional office service experience.
- Good IT skills and excellent MS Office skills.
