**About the Role**
The **Services Contracts Manager **acts as the business lead for the Services program that includes cleaning, pest and trolley management. The initial focus of this program will be cleaning services for BWS stores (attached to Woolworths premises). Post completion of the program, the remit will expand to the entire Endeavour group. In this role the Services Contracts Manager is responsible for scoping and designing a strategy to integrate all business areas including Pinnacle drinks and ALH hotels into its centralised services operating model.
**What you’ll be doing**
The Services Manager will be accountable for the day to day services operations performed across the retail and hotel network that will be staged with priority to retail in the first instance, in addition you will;
- Plan and implement the transition of store cleaning for BWS stores attached to Woolworths premises
- Work with internal stakeholders and the incumbent Facilities provider to ensure that business continuity is maintained during the transitional period for all Services (cleaning, pest and trolley management)
- Act as the business interface for integration activity relating to services provision by the new integrated Facilities Management provider
- Ensure the end state Services operating model is in line with the allocated budgets.
- Work with the Program Change Manager to embed the new Services operating model into the organisation
- Act as the key business lead for the transition out from the incumbent Services providers.
- Be the business lead for the transition in of the new awarded Services providers (managed through the integrated Facilities Management Provider)
- Also act as the business lead for the embedment of new tools and processes
- Work with the Program Business Analyst to design and document new business processes and procedures
- Design and develop a KPI dashboard to support the new services operating model
- Drive innovations to improve overall customer experience while optimising the current services
- Ensuring compliance of all contractors and assurance of all compliance, legislative requirements are met and maintained
- Develop a strategy to transition all other Endeavour business units Facilities requirements into the centralised services operating model
**A bit about you**
We are looking for someone who Drives performance and outcomes, is able to articulate vision and enable transformation and is curious, authentic and seeks to understand different perspectives. In addition you will have;
- 5+ Years Services Management experience (cleaning, waste, pest and trolley management)
- Proven track record of leading large scale Services partner transitions
- Ability to be the conduit between the business and the transition out project team
- Ability to work as part of a broader transformation program with ownership of key workstreams
- Proven capability of designing and developing a new Services operating model
- Ability to drive change in a highly transformative environment
- Strong influencing and engagement skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Fiscal competency and ability to manage key general ledger lines within the group P&L
- Ability to renegotiate complex vendor contracts to deliver win win outcomes
- Proficient in multiple systems SaaS and ERPs
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in vendor management and running an outsourced and insourced Services model
- Ability to proactively manage and resolve daily operational issues Strong change management experience and ability to embed a culture of fiscal accountability within a large business
