Working as a Collections Officer, you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers unique situation.

In this role, you will;
- Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
- Investigate, identify and establish customers financial situation
- Provide tailored payment solutions
- Action interaction file notes for every call
- Adhere to compliance frameworks

About the job;
- Full-time employment in a permanent, ongoing position (not contract)
- 4 weeks of full-time on-site training in our CBD office
- Hybrid work after training (2 days in-office, 3 days WFH)
- Professional development opportunities and a supportive learning environment
- Multiple start dates

What you'll bring;
- You MUST be an Australian Citizen to be eligible, as this role supports an AU Government agency
- Contact centre experience is highly desirable
- A positive mind-set and willingness to learn
- The ability to be comfortable with new technology, multiple screens and note-taking at the same time
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of compulsory in-office full-time training prior to commencing hybrid work
