**Your new company**

Covering Australian and New Zealand, this organisation supports their clients in making the right choices in protecting the assets. They have developed a strong business foundation and with the mission to create a simple way of helping businesses and individuals manage their expenses.

**Your new role**
- Daily actioning of arrears queue in line with team targets and organisational service level agreements
- Ensure ongoing communication with brokers, borrowers and other related intermediaries for payment or agreed payments arrangements
- Ensure process is well documented and manuals/procedures are kept up to date

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience in collections along with exposure to using call diallers and other communication tools. Not to mention a can-do attitude and self-drive to contribute to the team's success.
- Previous experience in collections and customer service (3+ years highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Confident computer skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office products
