Waste Collection Temporary Jobs Available with Local Council

**Your new role**
- Drive Council’s domestic waste and/or organic collection vehicle’s (greater than 22.4T GCM) to carry out Council’s Kerbside Waste Collection program as required.
- Collect and empty Council’s mobile big bins (MGB) as part of Council’s Domestic Waste and/or Organic Collection program in accordance with schedules determined by the Team Leader Waste Services.
- Assist in the Administration, Customer Service, Staff Induction/training and Educational Functions of the Waste Collection Service.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Possess current heavy truck licence.
- Skilled in the safe and competent operation of side loading collection vehicles.
- Relevant experience in the driving and operation of a waste collection vehicle.
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Relevant experience and or ability to learn and operate Councils on board data collection system
