What you’ll contribute to

This is a permanent role based in Altona, with occasional travel interstate.

How you’ll make an impact- Champion the operational delivery of our Graduate, Internship, and Work Experience Programs, plus day-to-day recruitment support.- Own the onboarding experience for new One Toyota employees, ensuring a seamless transition in partnership with other key stakeholders.- Conduct exit interviews and share valuable insights to help shape our employee experience.-
- Provide ad hoc support to the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging team on business-critical projects.- Manage TA-related partnerships to support our attraction strategy

Your attributes - If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- A degree qualification or equivalent experience- Strong organisational and project management skills- A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating great experiences- Previous experience TA administration is highly desirable - you know how to keep things moving behind the scenes and bring structure to the process
