What you'll contribute to
We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join our dynamic People & Culture team. In this role, you'll be the engine behind smooth onboarding experiences, meaningful candidate aftercare, and the delivery of early career programs. You'll also work closely with internal and external teams to elevate the candidate journey and streamline our TA processes.
This is a permanent role based in Altona, with occasional travel interstate.
How you'll make an impact
- Champion the operational delivery of our Graduate, Internship, and Work Experience Programs, plus day-to-day recruitment support.
- Own the onboarding experience for new One Toyota employees, ensuring a seamless transition in partnership with other key stakeholders.
- Conduct exit interviews and share valuable insights to help shape our employee experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external providers to ensure programs align with business needs.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging team on business-critical projects.
- Manage TA-related partnerships to support our attraction strategy

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A degree qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating great experiences
- Previous experience TA administration is highly desirable - you know how to keep things moving behind the scenes and bring structure to the process
