**What your day looks like**:

- Partner with P&C Talent & Workforce Planning Lead and P&C Business Partners to plan and deliver against vacancy and succession pipelines.
- Own and deliver an end-to-end recruitment process focused on experience and efficiency, including:

- Interview coordination and feedback collation
- Pre-employment checks and offer logistics
- Liaising with People Operations to support onboarding
- Maintain and activate an annual sourcing calendar aligned with brand marketing and social channels.
- Support integration of field sales and casual recruitment into in-house delivery.
- Contribute to initiatives that reduce agency usage and strengthen TAG’s internal recruitment capability.

**Ingredients for success**
- Previous experience in an internal talent acquisition role, with experience in FMCG and/or food manufacture desirable.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct specialist sourcing campaigns utilising channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant related discipline.
