This role is based five days a week in our modern North Ryde Head Office, working 8:30am - 5:30pm, offering a vibrant and collaborative environment.

As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:

- Lead and execute national recruitment strategies that attract top talent across Australia and New Zealand
- Use workforce planning and market insights to shape proactive hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for both current and future workforce needs
- Mentor and empower a high-performing recruitment team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver innovative workforce solutions and advise on market trends
- Drive employer branding and process improvements to strengthen our talent pipeline

**Qualifications**
To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally in a multi-site retail or fast-growing corporate environment
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the confidence to work closely with executives and senior leaders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to excel in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Driven, self-sufficient and KPI-focused professionalism, with the resilience and ambition to consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets
