**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an** **exciting permanent** part time** opportunity for a **Retail Operations Coordinator** to join our passionate and dynamic Retail Operations team.

As Retail Operations Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional support to the state and regional retail teams. Clear and organised communication is a must for this role.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acting as the first point of contact for retail enquiries from the wider team and external stakeholders.
- Deliver #AMAZING support to the state and regional retail teams.
- Identify and improve retail operational activities though key projects and initiatives.
- Management of the shared Store Support inbox.
- Process ad-hoc purchases for our retail stores for supplies and materials.
- Coordinate distribution of retail communication and training materials, documentation, and delivery. This includes content across various digital channels.
- Support retail team and other head office departments with the coordination of opening, closing and store relocations.
- Maintain the retail planner with all promotions and activities.
- Consult and coach retail teams on training initiatives where required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Available and preference for part time hours, minimum 23 hours a week with flexible days.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Retail experienced is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational, prioritising and time management skills.
- Confident to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical, numerate, accurate with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexible, reliable, and resourceful.
- Experience providing administrative support.
