**Digital Product & Project Coordinator**

Are you passionate about digital and curious about what it takes to run a high-performing ecommerce site? We're looking for a Digital Product & Project Coordinator to support both our Ecommerce Product Manager and Business Project Manager across a mix of digital operations and business-wide initiatives.

**In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will**:

- Assist in the testing and launch of new ecommerce features and tools
- Support with ecommerce website administration tasks
- Help plan and document projects, coordinate stakeholder communications, and support project delivery through to post-launch hypercare
- Support the development of system infrastructure documentation and process records
- Gain exposure to a wide range of ecommerce platforms, systems and business functions

**This role will suit you if you**:

- Are digitally curious and eager to grow your skills in ecommerce, technology and project coordination
- Have an eye for detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Enjoy problem solving and learning across multiple areas of a retail business
- Bring experience in a retail setting, ideally with exposure to ecommerce and supply chain systems

**Highly regarded experience includes**:

- Hands-on experience with Shopify or retail ERP platforms
- Previous experience working within an ecommerce or project team in a retail business
