**The Role**:
The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Retail Operations Team. This includes supporting the Retail Operations Manager with overall day to day tasks, managing our operational systems, and the new store set up process.

The Retail Operations Coordinator is an integral part of driving Company culture. Supporting the Retail Operations Team in all aspects by having a make it happen attitude and being a brand ambassador. The Operations Team is passionate about ensuring our in-store team and leadership team have all the tools at their fingertips to be successful in their day-to-day operations.

This is a fixed-term 12 month parental leave contract, reporting into the Operations Manager within Accent Group's People function.

The Retail Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for:
1. Supporting the Operations team on all administration functions
2. New store set up process on all Retail Operational systems
3. Complete quarterly AP21 testing
4. Provide administration support for directives and processes

**Your Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Supporting the Operations team on all administration functions
- Execute communication to stores around new POS changes, enhancements, or changes with current systems AP21 projects such as
- Set up all new stores on operational systems including Zendesk, COS & NAB Banking details
- Continuously improving our AP21 training documents including quarterly AP21 POS testing and providing feedback
- Proofread and upload training material to Zendesk to align with current processes
- Upload relevant training material to Dayforce Learning Management System
- Drive strong relationships with Area, State and National Managers to ensure Operational opportunities are supported
- Organise and schedule 2-day meet and greets with Support Office departments for new Retail Senior Leaders
- Support AP21 POS Implementation changes with testing end to end process, creating and sharing process guides
- Create Zendesk training articles to ensure consistency with current processes
- Maintain Retail Operations Dayforce Learning channel and catalogue
- Prepare material through a range of PowerPoint, Word, Canva and Publisher documents

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Great understanding of PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher
- Experience using Canva, Design experience ideal
- Extremely confident with all AP21 POS processes
- Ability to multi-task varying projects and tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team..
- Strong Communication skills with direct team members and other teams within the business.
