**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, the Salesforce Functional Consultant is an intermediate to senior level role, which is hands-on and responsible for helping OFX leverage the most out of the Salesforce platform. You will provide Sales and Service Cloud functionalities to our sales, marketing, and operations teams globally so that we can scale quickly while providing a flawless and delightful experience for our customers.

**What you do**:
You will use your hands-on experience and combination of creative flair and problem-solving ability to meet the following responsibilities:

- Create and edit Flows, custom metadata and other Declarative components
- Create and edit platform events
- Read and understand code, on Lightning (LWC) and APEX framework
- Help manage deployments, code base, version control
- Set up Salesforce for the usage or consumption of Salesforce APIs
- Perform configuration changes as required
- Perform functional analysis as well as code analysis for solutions
- Participate in technical design sessions to design, present known constraints, options to innovate and challenge ideas to develop best practice solutions that meet business needs while considering ongoing maintenance and scalability
- Develop and maintain up-to-date and detailed technical solution design documentation
- Support data migration strategies including execution of data migration using data transfer tools
- Contribute to user stories, estimations, and prioritisation for the implementation of solutions

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant configuring and customising Salesforce solutions with multiple integrations
- Expert knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud (Lightning Experience) is required
- Hands-on advanced configuration skills (e.g. formula fields, flows, profile and sharing security, approval processes) to automate complex business processes
- Hands-on trouble shooting defects and debugging
- Knowledge in Apex, web services, REST and Lightning components
- Experience with project and work tracking systems such as Jira, ServiceNow and others
- Certified Platform App Builder
- Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud consultant
- Advanced Administrator
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer (nice to have)
- CI/CD knowledge (nice to have)
