Aware are looking for an experienced Functional Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team. In this role you will be a senior member of Aware's Salesforce team, responsible for eliciting technical requirements and configuring cross-cloud solutions for enterprise clients. You will be contributing to Salesforce projects from a delivery perspective, managing stakeholders and advising clients on best practice for implementation and customisation of Sales, Service and Community Cloud.

This is a full time, permanent role.

The right person for this role will have:
A consultative approach to Salesforce configuration and design
The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practice and trends
A strong background in Salesforce configuration and platform knowledge across Sales, Service and Community cloud
Extensive hands on experience in configuring solutions using declarative functions
Experience with Salesforce solution design and technical documentation of these solutions
Experience mentoring and coaching clients in Salesforce and best practice
An understanding of object oriented development practice, CI/CD and/or integration.
