Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story. **Position Summary** As a Functional Consultant, you will guide the shaping and delivery of major projects for clients. This role involves working with a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. You will work with our clients directly, client account leaders and consulting specialists to provide thought leadership and industry perspective on the challenges that our clients need solving. **Mandatory Skills** - Relevant business analyst experience of 10+ years in salesforce CRM. - Possess required business analyst skills to conduct workshops and prepare required documentation - Experience in preparing process maps for business using swimlanes, MS Visio for designing As-Is and To-Be model - Experience in working in agile environment and using project management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc. - Experience to conduct trainings on requirements workshops within organization to help other team members to follow required process - Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data model - Hands on experience for working on salesforce configuration activities like object setup, page layouts and record type assignments, validations and workflows setup, profiles, roles and permission sets creation, service console setup, data migration using apex data loader and deployment using change sets - Experience to conduct trainings with stakeholders and end customer and prepare training documentations like User Manual for handover to customer - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Proficient working in Agile teams and having knowledge of Scrum concepts. **Roles And Responsibilities** - Serve as a Functional Lead in various Projects in multiple Salesforce Cloud Platforms like Sales, Service and Community - Lead a team of consultants and analysts as a lead consultant to manage the team and provide support for the project activities - Conduct workshops with customers to understand business processes and requirements - Provide interim demos to gather feedback - Conduct end user training for users to provide them - Prepare business documentations like business requirement, functional specifications, key operating procedures, Visio flows etc. - Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for technical team to translate the requirements required for development work - Participate in technical design sessions, write and review technical design documents with technical team - Ensure seamless execution of the development basis custom requirements by being a communication bridge between development team and customer **Qualifications/Certifications (Optional)**: - Salesforce Certified Administrator - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant - Salesforce Certified AI Associate - Salesforce Certified AI Specialist **Salary Range**:>$100,000 **Date of Posting**: 06/02/2025
