**About the Client**:
Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) is the key promoter, developer, and leader for project managers in Australia. AIPM works towards improving the knowledge, skills, and competence of project managers by providing continual professional development, networking opportunities, information, advice, and professional insurance.
**About the Role**:
As the HR Manager, you will lead the development of HR practices and policies for AIPM. You will provide HR support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and help to reshape the organisation's values and culture and HR Practices that are in line with their new strategic plan and vision. You will develop the HR tools and resources required for the senior leaders to lead their teams and create a workplace environment that enables AIPM to attract and retain great talent.
You will be the go-to person for all things HR.
**About the Person**:
Ideally, this person would have developed and reviewed HR Strategies, policies, and procedures within an organisation.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Develop and implement a HR Strategy in collaboration with the CEO & Executive Leadership Team
- Support the progressive shaping of the organisations structure, roles, and people capabilities required to execute the AIPM Strategic Plan
- Develop staff training and development practices
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes & procedures
- Provide HR advice and support, and act as a business partner to the CEO & Executive Leadership Team
- Support the bi-annual performance appraisal process
- Manage and maintain the administration of the HR system & maximise the value of the platform and drive efficiencies
**To be successful you will have**:
- Extensive experience as a HR Manager, Specialist, or Officer
- Experience in supporting organisations through change, and reshaping organisation values and culture
- Experience developing & reviewing HR Strategies, policies, and procedures
- Experience facilitating HR conversations in the workplace
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- An open, collaborative, and inclusive working style
- A passion for HR and a team player
- Experience using CRM & HR Admin Systems eg. MS Suite, Employment Hero, IMIS, etc
