We are proudly partnering with ReedPM, a project management consultancy based in Melbourne who specialise in the delivery of capital works, construction, and retail store development projects. We are recruiting for them a
**Project Coordinator** to join the team on a permanent basis.

As Project Coordinator you will be working directly with the Managing Director and Lead PM, supporting on a variety of hospitality and retail fit-out projects. A lot of your time will be spent client-side, with projects ranging from new store builds, refurbishments, defits and everything in between.

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of each project. The scope is broad and will see you get involved in, and gain exposure across, all aspects of a project from start to finish. You will be responsible for communicating and updating a diverse stakeholder group, reporting on project progress, and taking a lead on project tracking, budget estimating, invoicing, cost reconciliation and procurement.

Expect to be involved in the below areas:

- Site & tenancy feasibility
- Project planning and scheduling
- Coordination of Design / Services Consultants
- Cost & Tender management
- Programme management
- Stakeholder reporting
- Project delivery
- Defect management
- Previous experience in a project coordination or administration role
- Retail / Visual Merchandising experience
- Strong Excel skills - to be a success in this role you will absolutely need to enjoy spreadsheets and be able to demonstrate a high skill level in Excel
- Proven communication skills and a confident presenter
- Highly organised, detail-orientated and able to prioritise (and reprioritise) effectively
- Genuine interest, and ideally an educational background, in Design or Project Management
