**About Us**:
Henchman Group is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing high quality custom tool kits and tools to the aviation idustry. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administration Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
As an Administration Officer at Henchman Group, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to help maintain an efficient and productive work environment. Your role will encompass a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Filing and organising documents
- Managing digital and physical records
- Managing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administration Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.

**Salary**: $50,041.12 - $65,000.00 per year
