ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who has a passion for learning & growth. This is a unique opportunity to learn and develop skills within the Property Management industry, surrounded by a friendly, encouraging and supportive team.
The successful candidate will be working closely with our experienced team to learn all areas of Property Management and assist in the day-to-day running of the department including (but not limited to):
- Coordinating maintenance
- Routine Inspections
- Conducting open home inspections
- Database management
- Assisting with ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Processing applications
- Lease preparation
- Other administrative duties including greeting clients, answering the phone, filing etc
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Previous experience in a Property Management role or similar is desirable but not essential. You will be provided with thorough on the job training and supported by a team with over 28 years combined experience. You will need to be honest, reliable, have a strong work ethic and overall enthusiastic, along with the following attributes:
- Outstanding communication skills and dialogue
- Excellent organisational skills and able to effectively prioritise and manage time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Be passionate about committing to ongoing coaching and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
