Key Responsibilities Include:

- Creating genuine connections with clients.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address client’s needs and concerns.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions and follow-ups.

What we are looking for:

- Competency communicating with high-profile clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Motivated with a positive attitude and good energy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Maturity in life experience, will be suitable to a mother wanting work within school hours.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: From $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
