The Role

Reporting to the Coordinator, Customer Experience and based in Windsor, this fast-paced position is located within the Customer Service Centre, where the team manages a high volume of internal and external enquiries across telephone, email, and face-to-face channels, while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience to all stakeholders.

About You

You will be a highly motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal skills. You are results orientated and have a flexible approach to problem solving. You will be adept at building and maintaining collaborative relationships and will have a demonstrated background in a Customer Service Centre environment and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Criteria
  • TAFE / Business College Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service or extensive customer service experience
  • Previous Customer Service Call Centre experience
  • Touch typing data entry experience
  • Demonstrated administration skills using MS Office applications
  • Previous experience cashiering, including end of day reconciliations
  • Ability to understand and interpret maps and plans
  • Demonstrated history of effective and efficient management of customer complaints
  • Demonstrated competence interacting and working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • The right to live and work in Australia
  • Successful applicants will be required to undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
