The Role

Reporting to the Coordinator, Customer Experience, this exciting opportunity is based in Windsor and located within the Customer Service Centre. The team handles a high volume of internal and external inquiries through various channels, while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences to all stakeholders.

About You

As a highly motivated individual, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be results-driven. You should have a flexible approach to problem-solving and be adept at building and maintaining collaborative relationships. A demonstrated background in a Customer Service Centre environment and providing excellent customer service is essential.

Essential Criteria
  • TAFE or Business College Certificate in Business Administration or extensive customer service experience
  • Previous Customer Service Call Centre experience
  • Touch typing data entry experience
  • Demonstrated administration skills using Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in cashiering, including end-of-day reconciliations
  • Ability to understand and interpret maps and plans
  • Demonstrated history of effective and efficient management of customer complaints
  • Demonstrated competence interacting and working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • The right to live and work in Australia
  • Successful applicants will be required to undergo background checks and medical declaration
