We are an Australian owned Nursing and Healthcare Agency and Recruitment company with a team of 20 in Malvern East and regional offices in Victoria and Tasmania. For 12 years, CBNA has established its name as a provider of high quality, agency nursing staff to aged care facilities in several states.

**About the position**

This is for someone who thrives on building networks, problem solving, finding ways to connect and thinks outside the square to build our client base. Someone who loves sales and connecting with people. At the same time, you will pride yourself on keeping great notes and share your success with our great team. We are looking for someone interested in work from 3 or 4pm to

Responsible for communicating with clients/ aged care facilities and groups with excellent customer service and effective delivery which involves but is not limited to:

- Make phone calls to aged care facilities - clients and others on a cyclical basis to establish relationships and build client base
- Update contacts and add valuable notes
- Work productively and proactively with the team
- Work in alignment with CBNA values - do your best, grow as a team, own it, be humble and try

**Other Duties**
- Accept individual responsibility and accountability for own performance
- Contribute and listen to colleagues in line with CBNA values
- Support the allocations and recruitment team if required
- A good working knowledge of computer software
- Sound problem solving and analytical skills
- Possibility to visit clients when fully trained
