Job Purpose

The role is responsible for maintaining existing, and assisting in developing new client relationships, to ensure the continued growth and success of the Branch. Working autonomously and also collaboratively with team members across the business you will assist clients with lighting projects, from conception through to installation.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieving sales KPIs and contributing to the growth of the business.
- Identification of new business and assisting the Branch Manager with development.
- Managing and growing current client relationships.
- Contributing to developing business growth strategies.
- Working with the sales and design team to achieve workflow outcomes.
- Maintaining client database on our ERP system.
- Conducting onsite consultations.
- Co-ordinating onsite installations.
- Quoting of projects.
- Lighting Design.
- Accepting & dispatching deliveries.
- Assisting with the upkeep of showroom.
- Other duties as directed from time to time.

- Internal Stakeholders such as other sales and design team members
- External stakeholders such as installers, electricians, architects and key industry bodies.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in sales.
- Previous experience in a client facing role.
- An understanding of lighting, design or landscape industries.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
- Strong communications skills.
- Highly developed presentation skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Monthly bonus
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
