We are an Australian owned Nursing and Healthcare Agency and Recruitment company with a team of 20 in Malvern East and regional offices in Victoria and Tasmania. For 13 years, CBNA has established its name as a provider of high quality, agency nursing staff to aged care facilities.

**About the position**

This person will be responsible for communicating with clients/ aged care facilities and groups with excellent customer service and effective delivery which involves but is not limited to:

- Make phone calls to aged care facilities - clients and others on a cyclical basis to establish relationships and client base
- Update contacts and add valuable notes
- Work productively and proactively with the team
- Work in alignment with CBNA values - do your best, grow as a team, own it, be humble and try

**Other Duties**
- Accept individual responsibility and accountability for own performance
- Contribute and listen to colleagues in line with CBNA values
- Support the allocations and recruitment team if required
- A good working knowledge of computer software
- Sound problem solving and analytical skills
- Possibility to visit clients when fully trained and expand the role
