Stock Administrator

Sonoma Bakery in Alexandria is seeking a Stock Administration that has a strong work ethic, could work individually but love being part of a team. You enjoy good team camaraderie and have a can-do attitude.
You will work well as an individual and collaboratively in a high-performing team in a culture that encourages you to push yourself for greater.
**ROLE**:
- Coordinate freight bookings.
- Manage stock movement.
- Create dispatch documents.
- Prepare daily operational documents.
- Maintain stock levels to prevent overstocking and running out of stock for both internal and external storage.
- Enter daily data into system.
- Reconcile freight invoices.
- Create purchase order.
- System good receiving.
- Track and trace both inbound and outbound freight.
- Participate in monthly stocktake activity.
- Production and printing of month end reports.
- Help with any ad-hoc task.
**YOU**:
- Excellent administrative skills, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be consistent, reliable, punctual, and efficient in your work.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of inventory, logistics and transport industry would be advantageous.
- SAP B1 experience preferably.
