Wrights the butchers is a no-nonsense, high-performing wholesale meat operation supplying Sydney's top-tier restaurants, hotels, and cruise lines. We're on the lookout for a sharp, dependable, and physically capable Operations Assistant / Office Support to join our team in Alexandria.

This is a diverse and hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on variety. You'll split your time 50/50 between office administration and warehouse logistics—from processing sales orders and managing invoices, to loading stock and jumping in the truck when needed.


What You'll Be Doing

Office & Admin

  • Process sales orders quickly and accurately
  • Raise invoices, perform MYOB entries, and update records
  • Maintain spreadsheets and support daily reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers via phone and email
  • Keep the office organised and running smoothly

Warehouse & Logistics

  • Receive, check, and scan stock into inventory
  • Operate a forklift for loading/unloading and storage
  • Drive LR truck for stock deliveries and pickups when required
  • Maintain accurate stock control
  • Assist with general warehouse duties

What You'll Bring to the Role

Forklift Licence & LR Driver's Licence (or willingness to obtain)

Solid administration experience – especially with MYOB & MS Office

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or trade environment

Excellent attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset

Physically fit, with a "get-it-done" attitude

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently

Your own reliable transport
