Medisa Pty Ltd is an Australian owned medical consumable supplier, based in Castle Hill, NSW 2151. We sell Wound Care, Nutritions, Incontinence products, Urology, Ostomy, and Feeding consumables. We are seeking like-minded people to join our team and help to continue to deliver upon our mission.

**Responsibilities include**:

- As a Sales Representative, developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
- Developing effective relationships and liaising with aged cares, nursing homes, clinics, healthcare facilities
- Identify, qualify and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory.
- Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy required to progress deals through the process
- Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships with facilities
- Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities, including generating leads and presenting product information

**Requirements include**:

- Successful sales track record
- 1+ years of successful direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals (preferred)
- Executive presence and influencing skills; excellent negotiation and the ability to close sales
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing complex clinical product support to doctors and nursing staff (preferred)
- Ability to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals
- Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship based sales approach
- Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
- Professional & friendly manner
- Be dependable and punctual
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
