- In the Customer Service and Sales Representative role -_ known as _Member Solutions Consultant_, you will engage with current and potential members from your local area showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.- What you need to know:
- Location: RAC West Perth Service Centre- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.15am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week)- Salary: Starting at $59,197pa + shift loading / penalties + super + incremental salary increases as you take on opportunities to complete upskilling at your own pace. Training: You’ll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered virtually to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.- Career Growth: Real career development, ongoing training, and support with genuine advancement opportunities.- What will you be doing:
-Provide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services.
-Building and maintaining relationships with members recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs
- What we looking for:
As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential and we are looking for a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment.
-Experience in working to achieving KPI’s/ targets both individually & as part of a team;
-The ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment, embracing and participating positively in change;
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others;
-The ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations;
