Role Description

This is a full-time role for a
Sales Service Representative
at Trelleborg Engineered Systems Australia, located in Perth, WA, with a primary focus on the Goldfields and South West regions. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing customer accounts, handling sales inquiries and customer service requests, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with other team members to achieve sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include mill liner inspections, scanning, providing product information and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer account management and handling sales inquiries
  • Strong skills in customer service and relationship building
  • Proficient in providing product information and support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of minerals processing and wear products
  • 5 years experience in a similar role with existing customer relations
