About the opportunity

Our client is on the hunt for a customer service representative to join their growing team in Forrestdale. 

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and build distributor relationships
  • Accurately process orders
  • Support sales and operations teams with commercial insights
  • Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication

About you

We are seeking someone with strong customer service experience who can manage end-to-end customer interactions and order processing.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in order processing and distributor/customer relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to develop technical knowledge of products

What's on offer

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary, along with an annual discretionary bonus. Training is provided in Sydney, followed by ongoing support and development through hands-on field opportunities.
