**About The Opportunity**

We have three exciting new Data Management Specialist opportunities available across the Consumer and Milwaukee businesses as part of our future proofing, expansion and growth plans. The key focus of these pivotal roles is to analyse TTi’s data and data management requirements, working with key stakeholders in delivering data management insights and implementing solutions to enable TTi to achieve its data management goals.

**Reporting to the Data Enterprise Manager responsibilities will involve**:

- Work with stakeholders throughout the business to deliver data management insights.
- Define data standards in conjunction with the business process owner to answer key questions.
- Interpret data, analyse validity using statistical techniques and provide ongoing insights.
- Implement data quality and measurement frameworks.
- Implement data quality metrics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
- Use understanding of data to answer key questions about the business processes and KPIs.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in data management, data modelling, data quality and cleansing techniques.
- Experience in data cataloguing, data lineage mapping, data stewardship, and/or data policy implementation.
- Problem identification, quantification, root cause analysis, and presenting recommendations.
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using data analytics packages such as Qlik, PowerBI, Yellowfin or similar
- Data Quality / Data Cataloguing packages (e.g. Informatica, Alation, Collibra or similar)
- Experience interacting with cloud-based data platforms and services, such as Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse etc. would be beneficial.
