Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Power BI reports to provide actionable insights for various departments.
- Utilise API knowledge to enhance system interoperability and data exchange.
- Manage and optimise data relationships to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Set up and configure SharePoint and Teams to support collaboration and document management needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their IT needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Power BI report building and maintenance of data visualisations.
- Proficiency in managing data relationships and databases.
- Experience in SharePoint setup and configuration, including use of power automate and power apps
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Schedule**: This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required to address urgent IT issues or to support special projects.
