Active Tree Services are seeking a Data Reporting Officer to join our team based in **Bayswater, VIC.**

**Salary**: $80k - $90k plus Superannuation

**The Role**

A Data Reporting Officer is responsible for analysing the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions. This role involves data analysis, process improvement, and developing strategies to enhance business efficiency and productivity. Based in **Bayswater, VIC.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyse data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation.
- Assist in project planning and management activities.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business cases, requirements documents, and user guides.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools to monitor business performance.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

**Experience**:
3-5 years of experience as a data Officer or in a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBi).

**Competencies**:

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
