Nederman Australia is seeking to employ a full time Marketing Specialist whose role is to contribute to local marketing strategies and its implementation by working with the Marketing Manager.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a demonstrated ability of developing, driving and implementing Marketing strategy, programs and activities. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist shall assist in divisional channel programs including new product launches and preparation of local market collateral, provide assistance with distributor pricing programs and implementation, regional marketing communication requirements, lead generation and digital marketing programs in Australia.

Position requirements:
**Essential**:

- Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Ability to develop, query and maintain databases across various platforms, with

more than 4 years marketing experience.
- Demonstrated effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills.
- Evidence of effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated success in organising, prioritising, and implementing multiple

and/or complex programs.
- Proven aptitude to learn and use computer support tools.
- Willingness to travel.

**Desirable**:

- Industrial consumer product marketing relevant experience, such as tooling, paint,

etc.
- Previous experience working with sales, marketing and distribution channels.
- Familiarity with Adobe Cloud and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with IFS.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
