What You'll Be Doing

  • Look after your portfolio like it's your own little empire
  • Welcome new tenants & landlords and keep them smiling
  • Manage maintenance and repairs on behalf of your clients
  • Complete Entry condition reports and Exit condition reports
  • Negotiate lease renewals

Who We're Looking For

  • A Property Manager who is wanting to do things the right way and manage a well run portfolio
  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years experience in Property Management
  • A people person with great communication skills
  • Real Estate Certificate + Driver's Licence
